I suspect Ilford/Harman Technology will update all their film data-sheets to reflect their updated Reciprocity data. That's essentially what they've done here and apart from that there's not a lot of difference from HP3 and HP4. HP4 was a bit of a lack lustre film it wasn't around for long and was soon replaced by HP5.
I shot the British F1 GP on ex Government/Military HP3 with a Zenit E in the days when spectators could roam freely on inside of the circuit, of course J. Stewart won despite having an early puncture and rejoining in last place
