Hmm, let me see... there's the formality of the horizontal straight lines; the contradiction between the shape of the lamp post and it's shadow; the crazy randomness of the tree branches and then the patterns on the wall.. quirky but fun and yes, I like it. Well spotted Leo. :)

Street lamps as an analogue of trees?

    Hey Keith,
thanks for taking the time to view and review. I don't get the time to really go out for a full day to look for your traditional morning or early evening location as I live in a rather large city it takes a few hours just to get out of the urban sprawl, so try to amuse myself with linear contrasts, compositions with usually a natural + man made structures working in harmony enhanced by light n shadow.
even if I don't get anything that pleases me the time setting up and viewing images glow on the ground glass, slowing down from my dayly commercial digital life gives me great pleasure,
even if it is just for the time it takes, the best part is, looking at the image in a nice frame takes me back and makes me relax and smile.

What is in front of the lens is very much secondary to what you feel inside Leo so enjoy it for as long as you can. :)
