Thank you ... it was a strange day with a lot of mist but bright spells. Misty soft backgrounds but plenty of contrast on the foreground.

Quick question for @Ian Grant and @Marley (and anyone else).

Can you remove the bellows? More importantly can you detach the rear standard (I don't even know if this counts as a standard). I assume the bellows must come off so they can be replaced.

I am being lazy but my camera is at the studio. Although I should be popping in tomorrow

Also I did notice last time I had a fiddle, the front two rollers were moving out of alignment, I am not sure if there is a fix for that.

The bellows are glued yo the front and rear standards, usually post WWII bellows are attached using contact adhesive. They can be carefully removed.

Custom Bellows in Birmingham will have the pattern as the company (formerly Camera Bellows and before that Glanvill) made all the bellows for Kodak's European made cameras.

As Ian says the bellows are glued. I had a few pinholes but I repaired them with Plastidip, which should hold for a good long time.
