Homebrew chemistry

Hi,
A few years ago, I built a photo laboratory, so I could enlarge and develop any type of film/paper 35mm to large format and 16X24 print.
In the processor, I used genuine fuji chemistry.

Before that however, I used to make up my own brews.
I still have some recipes, if anyone is interested, then I'll dig them out and post them.
I'm not sure if you can still get the ingredients though?

I think you will find that the formula you have are all over the Internet.

From the mid 1970s and 80s I worked as a photo-chemist, that included emulsion manufacture (commercially), research, production, etc. My notebooks from that period are full of formulae. These days I have a large database

Hi I,
If you think they are easy to find then I'll keep them.
What I remember, is some of the individual chemicals, and the explanation about the effect that each one has on the result. e,g, put more of X in the recipe, gives a better accutance, which I found really interesting. (I'm not sure i still have this though)

Have you got a formula for Acutol?

The Acutol FX-14 formula was never published. It originally used 3 developing agents, Metol, Phenidone, & Hydroquinone.
