Jobo 2508 Film Loader

I have a 2508 loader but the spindle is not the original one that the film reel fits on to, its been modded for another reel. I want to make a new one. Has anybody got one of these and can give me the base size of the spindle to where it narrows to where the film reel slides on to the spindle.
I have marked the area I need a measurement from, its from the bottom to the top of the fat bottom part.

My measurements are:

Lower cylinder diameter 31mm
Lower cylinder height 39mm

Upper cylinder diameter 20mm
Lower cylinder height 58mm

Total height 98mm

All measurements are approximate as I don't have a precision measuring device.
