I purchased a box of fomapan 400 shortly before a houde move 3 years ago. Removers packed our belongings (big mistake), and were a disaster. I've nboxes labels garage in the lfot and vice versa three years on. I'm still findign stuff I thoguth logn lost, including the afore mentioend box of film. It went out of date last year 2018 and obviously has been at room temeperature all this time. Anyone suggest what ASA I should expose the film at?

I would use a single sheet at 200 ISO develop and test, unless you live in death Valley or Arizona I think you will be fine

Should be fine. I've Fomapan very much older that is as good as new.

You might see a higher fog level than when fresh, but it should be fine.

I moved from the UK to NZ in 2013 and in 2020 I found a 5/4 sheet of FP4 that I shot in 1999/2000. I was real pleased with how it developed. Its Porchester Castle with a millenium lighting project doing its thing.
