I was in Folkestone about a year ago and bought N&T's "Colin" on a whim. I usually use Pyrocat HD for all my sheet film, but this was cheap enough to be worth a punt. Finally got round to using it when my Pyrocat ran out and I couldn't be bothered to mix any more prior to a developing session. Pretty pleased with the results. Foma 100 rated @ 80, using the suggested Colin dilution, 11.5 mins with a 3 minute presoak, water stop, Ilford Rapid Fix. The negs have a nice stain and they're very easy to print. Here's one quick contact print on Ilford RC Pearl, I like this one enough that I'm going to make a good final print from it, either on Adox Lupex or Ilford FB matt. Anyone else tried Colin? What did you think?
