The beautiful and rather haunting abandoned 12th century church of All Saints in Essex.
Deemed to be surplus to requirements it shut its doors for good in 1980 - now cats hunt in its graveyard, bees nest in its walls - and one person at least comes back to tend the grave of a loved one.

150mm f5.6 Fujinon, Fomapan 200 rated at 160 iso and developed in Ilfotec HC

As a test of the old girl's capabilities it exceeded my expectations for a first time out.
 
Great results Marley, I recently got some Fomopan 200 in 5x7 myself, must try it soon.
 
Thank you ... I love the Fomapan 200 - I think it has the flexibility edge over the 100.

I've seen a few paper copies on e bay in the past but not seen a PDF. Is there something specific you want to know? Most of the movements etc are pretty simple to work out. I kinda got mine out of its case and whacked some film through it - it's pretty much like any super-sized, astonishingly heavy, view camera really :)
 
Thank you. I am tentatively fiddling with it, as I don't want to force anything. Do the film holders just slide in under the GG? From L to R (it goes R to L on my Sinar). That also seems precarious. It seems to have nice movements though.

I think I have seen a manual for $5 so I will just get it I think.
 
Yep the film holders just slide in under the ground glass ... but you need to help by lifting with your fingers as the spring back springs are mega powerful (at least on mine). Depending on year I believe it will either have a back that holds on with clips like mine, or later ones had knobs to unscrew. The clips can feel a bit insecure, but the secret is to support the back with one hand while changing film holders.
 
The manual is free online,it's on Bruce Robbins website onlinedarkroom.blogspot.com, the site has changed but it should still be there.

Just google Bruce Robbins Kodak Specialist 2 and the page is there with scans of the manual someone sent him.

My copy of the handbook has an update I think glued in, it's an additional lock to stop the standard coming off the rail when the extension isn't used.

The change was to the fitting on the back right. it's sprung loaded has to be rotated to allow the extension rail to be attached and one of the pins locks it in place. I'll scan the relevant page when I remember where I've put my printed manual :D
