It's probably more to do with what and where you photograph. I had my 210mm Dymmar S for a few years before I eventually first used it, I've never used my 240mm Nikon W on my 5x4 cameras I should, its main use is on my 7x5 camera.
It's rare I shoot in wide open spaces with the room to use anything longer than a 150mm and I probably use my 90mm lenses between 25%-30% of the time. As I said above the 65mm is rarely used but I am using my 75mm more.
I bought my first 75mm f8 Super Angulon for my 617 camera, I regard it as my standard lens for the format, I actually found my 90mm a touch too long. It's what suits the way you work.
More recently I've begun using a 360mm Tele Xenar also a 17" (420mm) Dallmeyer Telephoto for a specific project, and the 240mm Nikon W will also get used (for 5x4).
