Delta 100 Pyrocat HD advice required.

I have Delta 100 in 5x7 sheets I use a Paterson Orbital. 300ml of working strength solutions is about as much as I dare to make to avoid spilling the liquids.
What development time is good to start with for this film? I will be using the agitation that Kodak recommend for dish/tray processing.
I will be processing two sheets at a time.

When I've done Delta 10x8" in an Orbital with Pyrocat HD (self-mixed) I went for 1+1+100 for 10 minutes at 24deg, and my notes say this was better overall and less contrasty than my previous attempt at 2+2+100 for the same 10 mins. With 250ml of chemicals, and I most likely did a ~5min pre-wash. I think overall this combination of film and developer is pretty forgiving.

I think this must have been in mid summer hence the 24deg (which I don't normally do) so for normal room temp try ~12mins - I'm guessing here though.

In my Jobo 2000 tanks I process Delta 100 & 400, also HP5 in Pyrocal HD 1+1 to 100 at 20ºC for 15 to 17 minutes, that's with Inversion agitation. That gives me negatives that print around Gd 2 to 2½

I started using shorter times but adjusted to add more contrast. Tray processing, which us essentially what the Orbital is, usually has more agitation so typically 10 to 15% shorter development times.

Like @Dave_P I have processed at higher temperatures, in my case 27ºC while living in Turkey.
