Would any of you good people have any suggestions for me regarding this film?

I can’t find anything on the internet regarding this combination. I initially want to try it in 35mm with a view to moving on to 4x5. In Rodinal it is super high resolution but can be very contrasty. I would like to try to bring that contrast down by hopefully using Pyrocat and maybe pushing it one stop as well.

I expect to have to do some testing but an educated starting point would help. I really like the punchy images I get from it but would just like to tame it a little…

Going by my experiences with Ilford and Foma films, plus manufacturers data and the RPX 25 data sheet I's suggest a staring point of 11 mins in Pyrocat HD at 1+1 to 100 @ 20ºC inversion agitation.

Ian, thank you for that. I think I will make up some test rolls and shoot the same subject with the correct exposure and then develop them with increasing times and see what I get. Once I have a development time that looks good then I will try pushing the film a little to see if that tones it down a bit.
