This shot is a rescue from a 4x5 accidental double exposer of the slide, I shot this Castle about 15 months ago and must have completly forgot about it, I did not mark the filmholder and I must have put the dark slide back in the same way as it was loaded. I had been away for a few days, but was 11pm at night and my phone started ringing, my wife. Then a few people came and was wondering what sort of Camera I was using and asking all sorts of questions.
I think this must have taken my concentration away from this session.
So the other night I thought I was testing a shot in my garden, to try a slight time adjustment in my procesing the Ektachrome film, but instead I ended up with this shot, its the half of a slide cropped as I had put a 2 stop grad filter on so it did not register on the Castle part of the image, I think its not a bad image considering.
