First LF Portraits

I've never really got into portraiture, even with digital. But then our Photo Club organised a portraiture workshop and I decided, rather than follow the crowd, using the flash or lighting studios they provided, I set up a daylight studio next to one of the windows.

That's a challenging FL with a I presume telephoto as it;s a 400T for portraits Joanna, it must have been quite low light as well. You've really nailed it the plane of focus the first image. How did you find an almost Ansel Adams lookalike :D
