You may have intended the flowers to look like this, but to my eye, and on my screen, they look as if they would benefit from some rearrangement. Perhaps fewer blooms with tidier leaves would look better?
The rim of the vase is almost exactly halfway up the frame and the vase has a very emphatic pattern so that I'm visually unsure if this Flowers in Vase or Vase with Flowers. I do think that the curve of the glass table with the curved legs showing through works well. It makes me wonder if different, more droopy flowers or foliage could echo those shapes, but that might be trespassing on your original intentions.
This seems to be the obverse to KenS's recent post of leaves in evening light, Towards the End, where he is reluctant to make alterations to a natural scene. An interesting comparison.
