Ford Focus Interior

Robert,
Hmmm, yes, well, but...
I suspect that most members do fall into the art, or at least arty fold. I'm generally cautious about statements that sound something like "Photography is..." that only deal with one fraction of very broad field, and one that's based on method, rather than intent or result.
Thomas Joshua Cooper made a set of images from all around the world, from Pole to Pole with only latitude and longitude (and I think time and date) attached to each picture, the most drily factual facts imaginable. And yet the whole thing is displayed in galleries as art.
As soon as we attach a specification to creative work someone comes along and undoes all our diligent circumscription.
I do agree that if there is to be text, it should be considered as part of a whole, but defining what the whole should, of could be is the tricky part.
I fear that once again, I have wandered away from the original post. which was Ian's excellent car interior. It was the remarkable appositeness of the word focus that led me astray.

I am surprised that, so far, nobody has commented about the face in the photograph; the one under the hat with big round eyes....

If only a witty and relevant caption had suggested we lookers looked again...
