Hi,

I have some family pictures I shot on a 1973 Polaroid camera: I was mad keen and very ignorant...

I have a yen to retake the shots on film but not Polaroid (to set that goal would seem unrealistic) and wonder if anyone would know the angle of view of a colour pack 80 of that vintage?

I would like to have a similar angle of view; seems appropriate somehow.

Don't know about that camera but the pack size gave an image just a touch smaller than Quarter plate where a 135mm lens was the standard. I have a 127mm Polaroid f4.7 Yashica Yashinon which would be standard for that format. It's not any shorter but may have been just a touch longer

So equivalent to a 150mm on 5x4, or maybe a 165mm.

Thanks Ian,

It is weird but that distinctive 127 mm does stick in my mind...
