Ilford prices increasing by 7% tomorrow

Was informed today by process supplies in Farringdon that ilford will be increasing prices by 7% tomorrow. The lads at process supplies said they will kept the current price of current stock until all has gone and then increase.

They also said that ilford increased the prices between xmas and new years.

Luckily since diesel is now too expensive to be able to drive anywhere I don't think this film price hike will hit very hard.

lol. During the lockdown I sold my diesel car and exchanged it for a Brompton bike. London life meant in a decade I hardly used it.

Maybe I saw the pattern of the future lol. I just have no luck with the lottery.

I can't see a date on that article, and due to the reference to the "ongoing covid pandemic", perhaps it is from a previous year. Not that I'm saying covid isn't still around.

Hey Kevin only saw this. When I did a search it was either this year or December last year. Aligns with what the people at process supplies told me ( on the film front). I opened the link which didn’t ask me to go through cookie settings. They was all around the same time tbh.

Not that I’m planning on jumping to Kodak anytime soon lol. Just wanted to inform people.
