What a great idea to include a 35mm cassette in the photos, since some of these lenses are scarily big!
 
It is useful to sometimes add a reference object. I bought a couple of Taylor, Taylor, & Hobson lenses a few weeks ago and was surprised, a little disappointed, how small they were, particularly compared to the photos. In fact they are excellent lenses jsy naturally small for their FL and maximum f stop

Two old lenses I'm playing with appear deceptive one is a B&L f10 25" (635mm) Process Anastigmat lens, the other a Dallmeyer 2B Quick Acting Portrait Petzval 8" f4, the Dallmeyer is slightly a larger lens however covers 5x4, while the smaller B&L lens covers 20x16.
