This is rad

That’s an excellent piece of work.
Thank you and thank you to Intrepid, too.

It’s very nice - I like that you can specify a format and it will only list the lenses that cover , they mention the sources which are the tables compiled over the years by various folks.

Fair play to them this is a decent resource. Odd that it doesn't seem to have any of the original (non-Super) Angulons listed though.

These are the sources , they do not have the older lenses

Intrepid have a request to add a lens , there are lens catalog scans littered all over the
web - camera quest being very good , but the data is not so easy to add from scans
give it time , I used to use a great community tool - spocalc for cycle wheel spoke lengths it was great

A good resource is the Pacific Rim Camera Reference Library, Mike is constantly adding more.

In some cases there are a number of variations of a lens, even of the same focal length. For instance the Carl Zeiss Jena 165mm Tessar was made with a variety of maximum apertures:- f6.3, f5.3. f4.5, f3.5, and f2.7. You get a similar spread with the T.T.&H Cooke Triplet design.

Resources like the annual BJP Almanacs are very useful for older lens data. I have quite a large collection and will often chip in with info from them.

I do like my Carl Zeiss Jena 165mm Tessar f2.7 lens. It's nice for portraits.
