Is this paper still usable?

During a clearout, I've come across this paper. Hazarding a guess it is around 20 years old. Still factory sealed.

Would this still be useable for someone? Saleable?

Old paper does sell not for a massive amount. Folk use it for things like paper negatives or solar prints. For example I paid £5 for a box of 8x10 on Ebay last week. The smaller dimensions don't sell as well but they will probably fetch a pound or two maybe more depending on the buyer. I buy it for cutting down to experiment with.
