Just had some delivered. Despite Kodak saying the crystal formation has been sorted.....the litre I just received had
crystals but they soon diminished by agitating the bottle a few times (but not going completely)
. I note that users of this developer report no problems with the crystals affecting development/film result...

I know that Neil Soutch used HC110 for several decades and said that the latest version is every bit as good as the previous formulation.
There is some speculation that the latest version might not keep as well as the older version, but so far I haven't heard of anyone complaining about development failures. The jury is still out where longevity is concerned.

I've got a bottle of Adox HC110 on the go and it's working nicely after being open for 6+ months. Can't see any crystals in it.
