Hi,
I posted on March '26, letting Forum users know about my "discovery of a new course" at the CityLit College in Holborn, London.
I attended the first session yesterday, 04/06, and found it perfect for my needs as a total beginner.
Others on the course were getting good learning even though some were far more experienced than I, seemingly picking up tips from the excellent tutor, Mathew.
I (hopefully we) greatly enjoyed meeting and learning from each other - I recommended the 5x4 forum to Tim, Richard, Matt and Erik, so maybe they will join and comment for themselves!
Herb had already found the forum and I again thank him for posting here - I would never have found this jewel without him.
Finally - to my slight embarrassment, this is not a new course at all! It had been running for a decade - my assumption was based on the fact there was zero feedback from learners (in contrast to all the other CityLit courses I checked).
Mathew explained that the course title had been slightly amended and the IT platform treated it as a totally new beast...
All the best to my new LF comrades - week 2 is taking the 5x4 Intrepid kit outdoors to shoot more images before developing them in week 4.
