Shot with my £30 Dallmeyer Quick Acting Portrait Petzval 10" f4 @ f16, Gitzo flash sync shutter, on my 10x8 Agfa Ansco Commercial View with a 5x4 reducing back, HP5 Pyrocat HD, Ilford Mutigrade IV. My HP printer/scanner doesn't really do that well with B*W prints

There's not any of the typical Petzval swirl, even wide open, I'd noticed this when I first mounted it on my 10x8Agfa Ansco, it's a sharp lens, and it is a nice bright lens at f4, so it really snaps (no pun intended) in and out when you focus. It's just luck that I have a Gitzo shutter that fits perfectly.
