OMG

I bought a far more practical Manfrotto telescopic arm on eBay recently, for 325, it can hold a large (or small) Lasolite reflector, or a full sheet of white foam board. Very practical, I have clamps etc to use with it. There are new cheaper similar arms for under £15 on eBay.

Then add some Small rig clamps, arms, etc, and you have way more versatility.

These are my oddments, a heavy duty Manfrotto clamp arm at the bottom, then 3 Small Rig arms, 7 clamps and various attachments, I have more than shown.

All that small rig stuff was less than cost of the Matthews stand, I did buy when there were special offers.

I bought the Manfrootto arm at a camera fair, it s rated to hold quite a few Kilos, and it will.

I bought one of these Calumet CK7981 arms arms a few months earlier (same seller), I don't recommend as the 3/8" threads don't fit modern cameras, it was cheap, way less than eBay sold prices.

I also have a clone, a mint Vanguard Multi-Mount 6, it takes normal 1/4" attachments.

Think outside the box . . . . . . . .
