Actually this Forum's software downgrades uploaded image quality, that's not just here, almost all sites using the software.

Adding to this. If you Right click on the image and view in a new tab the image is slightly smaller but a lot sharper. It's the Forum software.

There is a way around this, after adding an image click on it and go to a corner and drag it inwards downsizing the image until it appears sharp.

The lighting is bang on - the pose and rapport with the subject is top drawer making the image arresting ... just the right amount of light spill onto the background ... lovely.
