Resources For Divided Pyrocat-HD?

I am interested in exploring divided Pyrocat more deeply than I initially did. I want to start with Fomapan 200 which I find does love to crank up contrast. The rumour is that divided Pcat gives good highlight contrast control and noteworthy improvements in sharpness.

Does anyone have suggested resources, dilutions, times, etc. to get me going. Also interested in better understanding how changing dilutions and/or the ratio of time in A to B changes the outcomes.
