Looking good Ian, maybe a tad more contrast on the boat but that's subjective
 
I agree. Perhaps a slight edge-burn for the bright water on the left-hand side?

I agree with Martin I'd go a grade harder contrast for the boats etc, but you need experience to then control the highlights - sky as well as the water David mentions.
