Anyone had any experience with TETENAL MIRASOL 2000 Antistatic Wetting Agent verses Kodak PhotoFlo

I have read that the TETENAL MIRASOL 2000 Antistatic Wetting Agent contains isopropyl Alcohol which aids drying and also helps to stop dust build up.
