75mm lens on a 5x4 all your tips, tricks and example photographs please.

Look at this review, he's using a 72mm.

I usea 75mm f5.6 SA on my Wista 45DX with no issues, but my 65mm SA includes the front of the bed, something I can work around. The Chamonix F-1 can be used with the 58mm SA.

I prefer the 75mm to my 65mm but both make great images.

75mm shots with a Chamonix 45H-1. Cropping on some. All Velvia 50 except the farm cart shot, which is Provia 100.

Certainly there’s no mechanical issues using that lens on that camera, no need for anything complicated or bag bellows etc. Just push the rear standard as far forward in the slots as possible.

I can’t remember which Chamonix model I have, possibly the F2. It’s got on-axis movements. I bought bag bellows for it but have never used them yet. I use a 65mm lens without any issues. Do as Dave mentioned above. It’s a great design and perfectly complements my Wista.
